to the bloodline pioneers:

for those who are pioneering in their bloodlines: you can’t always offer your ancestors what THEY want. give them some of what you’ve learned & applied l. if you’ve cut sugar, show them tasty alternatives. if you use herbs instead of medicine, offer them the ones you’ve discovered. it’s the healing they need and will reward you for. they don’t need more of what ailed them. you are here to free yourself, which frees them all. you’re not only changing your life, you’re changing the pasts that’s have rippled throughout your line for generations.
